This is an extremely easy recipe and you don’t have to have any extra equipment or molds. There is only 2 ingredients in the peanut butter centers and you hand shape them. Just melt chocolate candy melts or other colors to dip the eggs in. Almond bark candy melts or even chocolate chips can also be used. I buy chocolate in 16 once bars in the baking section of the store that is designed for candy making. I also get candy melts after a holiday when the little bags are marked down. They will keep for a while and you can use them all year.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs.
1 jar 18 ounces creamy peanut butter
1 can white frosting (not whipped frosting)
chocolate almond bark or candy melts
