We all suffer from it…you’re tired, you don’t have much time, you’re starving! Here is my super fast and easy Bolognese style pasta for when you need to cook something quick and want to keep it quitehealthy too.
All of these ingredients are interchangeable, there are my favourites but if you don’t have mushrooms and do have a bell pepper then chop that up and add it in. Just remember to get your veggies in.
Ingredients (2 people):
4 button mushrooms
1 small red onion
1 large clove of garlic
2 cups of Quorn mince
2 cups of wholegrain pasta
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Method (15-20 minutes):
Finely chop the onion and garlic and throw them in a saucepan with a splash of oil. I prefer coconut oil but olive oil is just as good.
