As any introduction goes at first, this one is gonna be 1 part nervous, 2 parts awkward silences and all parts tasty. 🙂
(Can I do smileys on blog posts? Is it socially acceptable?)

So, today’s recipe is albeit a simple one.
A Baked Cheesecake.

The ingredients you need are :

400 gms. Cream Cheese
115 gms. Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice or lemon essence

Tools Required:

A beater
An oven
A bowl
Cake mould (preferably one that comes apart)
Butterpaper or wax paper


First you should soften your cream cheese, if you’re anything like me and get your baking mood on in an instant, chances are that your cream cheese isn’t soft enough to beat properly.

Lightly grease your mould and line the bottom and sides with butter paper.
Preheat the oven to 210˙c
