Insomniacs who lie awake, thinking about life, this one’s for you!
All you need is a cup of warm milk.
You don’t need to warm it on the stove, the microwave will do. Just watch that it doesn’t boil. You don’t want it boiling.
To that, you add:
a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder
a quarter teaspoon of cardamon powder
a pinch of ginger powder (optional)
2 drops of vanilla essence
If you have a sweet tooth, you may want to add sugar.
Mix it all together and drink it up.
It may not put you to sleep, but it’ll give you something tasty to do 🙂
